What are publishing slots?

Publishing a scenario makes it available for learners to play on any supported device. Each published scenario uses one publishing slot, and you can unpublish scenarios at any time to free up slots. Every plan includes unlimited unpublished (draft) scenarios, so you can create and iterate freely. With this fair pricing structure, you only pay for scenarios that are actually being played.

What does unlimited mean?

All plans include unlimited scenarios, creators, trainees, and views, meaning there are no limits on how many scenarios you create, how many people build them, how many learners access them, or how often scenarios are played.

The only limitation is the number of published scenarios, which is managed through publishing slots. This keeps pricing fair while giving you full freedom to create, collaborate, and train at scale.

Can I start small and scale later?

Yes. We even advise starting small to see what VR training can do for your company. You can start with the Start plan with 2 publishing slots and add more slots at any time as your needs grow.

What exactly is a scenario and are there any size limits?

A scenario is a complete VR training experience, usually focused on one training topic. A scenario can consist of as many scenes as needed. On average, scenarios contain around 40 scenes. Each scene represents one 180° or 360° media file with one or more decision points. There are no practical size limit for scenarios.

What are publishing slots and how many do I need?

A publishing slot is required for each scenario that is available to trainees. You need one slot per published scenario. Each plan includes unlimited unpublished (draft) scenarios. With this fair pricing structure, you only pay for the scenarios that are actually being played. Scenarios can be unpublished at any time to free up slots.

Which media file types are supported?

We support 180° and 360° videos and images, both monoscopic and stereoscopic, as well as flat 2D media such as images and videos.

Which devices are supported for playing VR scenarios?

We support all Meta Quest and Pico VR headsets, iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, and desktop playback in the browser.

Do you support immersive rooms?

Yes. Support for immersive rooms is available upon request. Contact us to discuss your setup and requirements.

Which LMS platforms does Warp VR integrate with?

We integrate with almost all LMS platforms via SCORM, xAPI, and LTI, making it easy to track results in your existing learning environment.

What support is available if I need help creating scenarios?

Do you offer onboarding or workshops for our team?

Is volume pricing available for a large number of publishing slots?

Yes. The more publishing slots you purchase, the lower the price per slot, down to as low as €30 per slot per month. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Do you offer monthly plans?

Yes, but monthly plans are only available for Business & Enterprise plans. At this time, we do not offer monthly plans for Education plans. If you have a special reason or case, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
