Playing scenarios in the browser just got better

What’s new?

Earlier this year we introduced playing on web. In the latest release, we added the following new features:

  • Test scenarios now also on web
  • Find the right scenarios with filters
  • Support for courses
  • License checks for purchased courses
  • Edit your own trainee profile

Test scenarios now also on web

Now you can test scenario created in Warp Studio directly the same device. Just sign in to the player on web, go to the Tests tab, click your scenario and start testing. This comes with a variety of controls, such as jumping to specific scenes, scene & scoring information, and an option to always show interactive elements.

Find the right scenarios with filters

When you have many scenarios or courses to choose from, you can now use our new filters to easily sort content by added date or alphabetically. You can also choose to only show scenarios you never played before. When you have content from multiple organizations, you can simply filter and show only content from one of these organizations.

Support for courses

Playing on web now also supports courses. If you have access to one or more courses, you will find these directly after sign in. Click a course, view its contents and start playing.

Play full courses in the player on web (in this example from our partner OWNIT)

License checks for purchased courses

Our player on web can now also be used to play scenarios and courses that were purchased from one of our store partners. License checks for both trainee and device licenses are available and you will be notified when you run out of them.

Edit your own trainee profile

Did your training manager made a typo when entering your name? Is he not really responding to your request to change it? No problem. Simply fix the typo by editing your trainee profile in the player on web.

Let us know what you think about these updates, or request a new feature.
