A scenario is a complete VR training experience, usually focused on one training topic. A scenario can consist of as many scenes as needed. On average, scenarios contain around 40 scenes. Each scene represents one 180° or 360° media file with one or more decision points. There are no practical size limit for scenarios.
An active scenario is a scenario that's published and available to your trainees. You need one for each scenario you want live — drafts and unpublished scenarios are always free and unlimited. You only pay for what's actually being played, and you can unpublish a scenario at any time to free up capacity. (Active scenarios were previously called publishing slots.)
Every plan includes unlimited creators, trainees, scenes, and plays. There's no cap on how many people build scenarios, how many learners train, or how often they play. The only thing you scale — and pay for — is active scenarios.
A workspace is a self-contained environment with its own scenarios, users, and content. Every plan includes one. Add extra workspaces to keep teams, departments, or clients fully separated — €250 per extra workspace per month.
Yes, and it's automatic. The more active scenarios you publish, the lower the price per scenario — from €100 each down to €50 per month. For very large rollouts, contact us about Enterprise pricing.
Remote View lets a trainer watch and guide a trainee's session live, from anywhere. It's a flat €150 per month add-on that activates across all your workspaces at once.
We integrate with almost all LMS platforms via SCORM, xAPI, and LTI, making it easy to track results in your existing learning environment. LMS integration is a paid add-on, and it's included on the Team and Enterprise plans.
