A new way to track trainee activity in Warp Studio

Data analytics has always been a cornerstone in Warp Studio. With our latest update, we've enhanced the presentation of this data, introducing advanced features for improved analysis. In this product update we’ll explore the types of data we display and the new functionalities we now offer.

Performance data

Warp Studio's interface now features an Activity section, which includes two pages. The first page offers a comprehensive overview of all training attempts, including details on trainees, scenarios, and total playing time over a specified period. This page is designed for quick insights, allowing you to effortlessly identify the most popular training scenarios and the most active trainees. It additionally provides valuable data on completion rates, devices used by trainees, and their star ratings.

The second page delves deeper by providing detailed insights into the decisions made by trainees in specific scenarios. By selecting any training attempt, you can access a comprehensive analysis, including a breakdown of the decisions made, points earned, and the outcomes achieved.

Filters

Versatile filtering options allow you to tailor data views to your specific needs. Choose from a range of filters to isolate data from a particular scenario or trainee, or refine data based on completion status, the devices used for training, or scoring thresholds. A flexible time filtering furthermore allows you to create a selection from preset periods or define a custom date range, ensuring you have the precise insights you need.

Integration and implementation

Our SCORM and LTI integrations ensure seamless synchronization of final VR training scores with any LMS. For a more detailled analysis, the Activity section adds substantial value by detailing the nuances of scenario engagement.

These pages serve as a dynamic tool for engaging with your employees about their performance. Utilize this data to facilitate targeted discussions in smaller groups, delving into the reasoning behind specific decisions made by trainees. This approach not only fosters interactive learning but also provides valuable insights to refine and improve current training scenarios, especially if the data indicates misunderstandings regarding certain questions.

What’s next

The new pages empower trainers and managers to make more informed decisions with actionable data. In our upcoming release, we’ll introduce even more features to further enrich the training experience, including detailed scene analysis, heatmaps, head positioning, and voice analysis.
