Training is only half the job. The other half is proving it happened. Who is allowed on site? Who is ready to work with the new equipment? Who has completed this year's mandatory training? With Trainee Certificates, the answer is a certificate your trainees carry with them.
Access to a construction site. A contractor requires everyone to complete a site safety induction before they start. New workers play training scenarios covering the site layout, hazards and emergency procedures. The moment they pass, the certificate lands in their inbox. At the gate on day one they show it on their phone, and they're in. No paper forms, no lists to check, no induction session to schedule for every new arrival.
Ready to work with new equipment. A hospital introduces a new infusion pump. Before nurses may use it on a patient, they have to pass a set of scenarios on setup, alarms and troubleshooting. Once they've passed all of them, they receive a certificate. The team lead can see at a glance who is certified and who isn't there yet, and has proof ready when the auditor asks.
Pick the scenarios. A certificate can be earned with a single scenario, or you can combine several scenarios into one certificate. You can use your own scenarios as well as scenarios shared with you.
Set the bar. Every scenario has a completion threshold: the minimum number of stars a trainee needs to earn to pass. The certificate is only issued once the trainee has passed every scenario in it. When the last scenario is completed above the threshold, the certificate is issued.
Make it yours. Use your own logo, colours and organisation name, so the certificate carries your brand. Training on behalf of a client? Use their branding instead.
It's sent automatically. You don't have to do anything. As soon as a trainee earns the certificate, it's sent to their email address. They can print it, show it on their phone, or share it on LinkedIn.
